The interview process was definitely long. I went through three separate Zoom interviews with some of their top leaders. I received the interview questions only about five minutes beforehand each time. The first two interviews, with Pamela and then Lorrin, were thoughtful and professional, and both of them asked deeper questions that felt like they were genuinely trying to get to know me.
There was some miscommunication about the timeline between each step, and my final interview with Daniela was rescheduled within an hour of the original time. When the last interview happened, it was very straightforward and stuck exactly to the pre-written questions. It felt a bit like the decision may have already been made, especially when I asked whether the role was new and was told they already had someone in-house handling most of the responsibilities due to shifts in their AI and automation work.
Overall, the company’s mission seems strong and the team appears passionate, but the interview experience left me feeling like the outcome had been decided before the final step.
