The "Ash Manager" basically struggled to read me the job description that was posted on the website. Having already read it, I sat there in amazement for about 15 mins. He finally finished and asked if I had any questions, which I had many. He didn't know the answers to most and seemed unsure about the ones he answered. Next I went on a "Tour" of the plant with one of the Laborers. He was very knowledgeable and seemed like a good guy. The plant was disgusting. After the "tour" I went back to the administration building where the original manager was stuffing his face with donuts. He still had no answers to any of my questions I had asked (pay, benefits, etc).
