I met with the CFO via zoom, and felt we had a great conversation. I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience, and excited by the opportunity outlined. After the interview, I emailed my thanks and interest in the position, but did not hear back. The recruiter requested feedback on the interview, but didn't receive anything in return. 13 days post interview, recruiter was advised that they are not moving forward at this time, but wasn't provided any feedback regarding the interview and where I fell short. Not knowing if the decision is based off skills I am lacking or off their decision not to replace is extremely frustrating. Had hoped after the excellent interview, that communication would have been provided.
