It started out with a group Teams call where they just went over the company and overall job for about 10 minutes, and then they called us individually to confirm if we were a good fit for the job. This was supposed to be a part time role, but they expect you to have full time availability, so if you're not free 24/7 then don't bother applying. Not sure why they say "flexible hours" on the job posting when that's not true at all, but other than that, the process was pretty straightforward.

Ten minute process and I was hired. Both the managers were very nice, helpful and kind. Explained everything I needed to know. I would send anybody that needed a job to them. I think i will enjoy it. They really enjoyed my retail experience
