I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WIS International in Jan 2012
Interview
hiring and interview process was easy since I knew someone within the organization. I took the job because I needed something to keep me busy. I feel employees are not paid enough for the work that they do. Some of the supervisors and managers are totally unprofessional and treat employees with alot of disrespect. Managment needs to provide the employees with aprons if requested.

Interview
quick and easy, joined a meeting about the job, had a 5 min phone interview, got trained the next day, no issue with communication. Also, quick replay on the application is a +
The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.

Group interview with 10 to 15 people. Showed us how to use the scanners. Then a quick meeting with the branch manager of the location. Pretty straight forward. Got hired on the spot
