I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WIS International (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Applied online at Snag-a-job and was contacted via email two days later. They wanted to schedule an interview the following day at the office. Showed up the next day and there were about 15 other interviewees. While we were waiting to be interviewed, we were given an overview of the company and watch a couple of videos to see what WIS was about. After all day of waiting, I finally went in the manager's office for a one-on-one interview. It was mostly a joke interview. He basically went over the company and hired me on the spot.

Interview
quick and easy, joined a meeting about the job, had a 5 min phone interview, got trained the next day, no issue with communication. Also, quick replay on the application is a +
The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.
I interviewed at WIS International (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
Group interview with 10 to 15 people. Showed us how to use the scanners. Then a quick meeting with the branch manager of the location. Pretty straight forward. Got hired on the spot
