Interview
The interview process did not prepare me for the job in any way. I was told to watch videos on line to learn how to the job before I was scheduled to work. I did that and then was told on my first day that they did not count inventory that way. There was no training the first day and great emphasis was placed on pushing people to count faster then their neighbor. Manager's "favorites" were allowed to flirt with co-workers, text and wait in the van for everyone to finish while the rest of us were pushed and threatened with termination to work faster.

quick and easy, joined a meeting about the job, had a 5 min phone interview, got trained the next day, no issue with communication. Also, quick replay on the application is a +
The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.

Group interview with 10 to 15 people. Showed us how to use the scanners. Then a quick meeting with the branch manager of the location. Pretty straight forward. Got hired on the spot
