I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WIS International
Interview
They are very casual. Got an informative email to come in for a group interview. At the group interview they clarified all the important points - like pay, transport etc and answered all our questions. They showed us how to use the equipment and told us to wait for an email about the next step. We got called in for a second interview where we did a practical test with the scanner. Right after the test, the ones that got below 5% accuracy were not hired and the ones that got nearly perfect scores were. We were then given forms to fill out and our name badge and polos the same day.

Question 1
The only questions we were asked were in the form of a math test and then a practical test with the scanner.

Interview
quick and easy, joined a meeting about the job, had a 5 min phone interview, got trained the next day, no issue with communication. Also, quick replay on the application is a +
The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.
