I applied online and received a phone call a few hours later from a Team Leader from WIS International's Retail Merchandising Services division. He asked if I had time to talk and he told me about the position and we had a brief phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. He asked me questions about my previous employment and merchandising experience. We set up a time and date to do a face to face interview. The interview was about 45 minutes and really covered more about what the position would entail than questions for me. I was offered the position on the spot. It took about a week to get my background check and my MVR back.
