The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WIS International in Feb 2011
Interview
I recieved an email 2 days before my interview to meet at a local sandwich place's outside dining area and I would be escorted up to the interview. I arrived to the meeting spot 10 minutes before and was the first person there. I stood outside and a few people joined me, the person that worked for WIS met us greeted us and walked us up. At first I was nervous because it seemed as if she knew one of the applicants, they were talking a lot and seemed to know each other so I thought that this whole thing was a formality to get her a job. We were sat at a table and watched a video presentation about WIS and how inventory work works. We were then given "WISards" the data entry tool and paper packets with barcodes and were asked to inventory them by scanning the codes entering numbers and counting how many objects were in each box. It was very easy. After that I had a one on one interview with the hiring manager and recieved a call later that day.

Interview
quick and easy, joined a meeting about the job, had a 5 min phone interview, got trained the next day, no issue with communication. Also, quick replay on the application is a +
The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.

Interview
Group interview with 10 to 15 people. Showed us how to use the scanners. Then a quick meeting with the branch manager of the location. Pretty straight forward. Got hired on the spot
