Interview
It is very easy to be hired here because they have such a big turn over in employee's. I have 2 years in and out of 150 people that was here when I started, There is maybe 25 left. I am looking for a real job all the time. I have a trade in the construction field but due to the economy at this time it is there is no companies hiring for my field. If a person was to ask me about getting a job here I would be truthfull and tell them all about the way they treat a person and let them make there own decision..
