We meet at a burger joint with a couple of people. It was very informal went over how the job works and what we will be doing. Talked about dress code, pay, and what kind of store will will be working at. It was not a normal interview if you showed up you got hired. They hire before running background checks which is terrifying because you might work with someone and three weeks later they would be gone because they had something on their background check. When you get hired they send you a email where you have to fill out all kinds of info and a W-4.
