Interview
1st Stage - Phone Interview with HR employee, telling me about the company, their goals and what they worked on. Few personal questions but overall a very positive 1st experience.
2nd Stage - Written test at company headquarters. Mostly basic/intermediate C++ concepts, with a lot of focus on OO-programing

Offline Java + Spring challenge, 1 week for completion. Followed by a technical interview, around 3 weeks later, and a week after that, a job offer, depending on your experience.

I sent my CV. Got acepted and with no call they sent me a project to develope that probably takes more than 10 hours to do. Shame on them. For me doesnt make any sense. I mean, some work to do for 1/2 hours os aceptable. But more than a work day?
The interview process was simple. First they made a phone call to discuss some things. Then I had to do a practical interview to make sure I had the necessary skills
