Interview
After sending the CV the HR specialist reached out to work on a UI challenge that would take around a day’s work. This was prior to any contact with the team and would not guarantee an interview. After delivering the challenge, I received very generic feedback from the general inbox.
I wouldn’t recommend doing this type of exercise as a first step, without even a call from HR to discuss aspects around the project and work conditions.
Very poor candidate experience.

Interview
The interview process was very simple, but took a lot of time. Started with a first screening with the recruiter via phone, then a technical interview with the design team, a design challenge, and then a last interview with the CEO.
