WIT Software interview questions

First I was contacted by phone to assess my expectations and why I was applying for the position. At that same phone call I was scheduled for logic and technical tests. Some days after the tests I was contacted for a personal interview. Two weeks after the interview I was asked to perform another technical challenge. They gave me a problem (by phone) and I had 2-3 days to propose a solution. Then, after having my work reviewed I was contacted with a proposal.

There was a first interview via Skype, then a task I had to solve which was a video animation then we discussed the task in a second interview, there was an ofer and negotiation
