Interview
Skype call with HR for 15 minutes, very standard. There was no formal application process for the internship at the time, it was solely based on an employee referral. Most of my intern class was the exact same way, and only differed with the dates and times of the initial interviews.
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
