Interviewed with the head of hiring for the music department. He read questions off of a piece of paper and took notes. He barely looked me in the eye and interrupted me every time I answered by saying "Okay, NEXT" before I even finished my sentence. He asked questions in threes, like "Describe three ways you overcame a difficult situation in the work place". Very intense and it felt very rushed. I followed up after the interview multiple times before I got a response 1 month later telling me "My application is pending". Never heard back from them again.
