I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WME
Interview
I had learned a little about the interview process at WME so I was somewhat prepared going in and ready for anything. It is true that they try to throw you off by being interrupted multiple times throughout the interview process. They want to make sure that you are laser focus and able to pick up in the conversation/interview where you left off. I feel I passed this test pretty well. The head of HR was very nice and easy to talk to. She was very honest with the hiring process and even told me that there was no position available but that they like to have a back-up file of potential employers in case they have someone quit or a waterfall of promotions are happening. Questions were very straight forward, typical and easy to answer.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at WME
Interview
It was a standard interview. They were really nice in the interview itself. There is no work from home in this position. It's 100% in the office. It did feel like there is a high turn over at the company, which is what put me off in the end.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WME
Interview
The interview process was two parts, a phone interview and an in person interview in the office where I met with a few of the Human Resources team members. Everyone I met with was kind, and asked relativelty easy interview questions because this was for an entry level position.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at WME
Interview
Straight forward. One round with HR. Questions were pretty standard moreso making sure you can handle the admin work and have an interest in entertainment. Found out I got the job shortly after the call.
