Interview
Meet with two guys including HR. Right off I was told that not living in London was a deal breaker even though I was told during the phone interview I could commute. Would be nice if this was mentioned before.
Apart from that it was pretty easy. Was asked what I know about the job and the rest of it was mostly the existing to me what it included.
They were pretty clear that the job includes long working hours and that they prefer hiring people with less experience in this type of job so they can train them to their standards

2 Rounds of interviews, HR screening, and then a specialized panel interview with multiple team members. The process took about a month in total. A week to hear back about the final decision.

I had two calls, one with the recruiter, one with the specific people in the department. The recruiter call was easy - a screening essentially - basic questions - then the second interview was a bit more tough.

They asked if I had read the pamphlet they sent on the second interview by asking to name one country that is currently on the rise in music
Overall poor process. Took over 6 months to complete process, recruiter would routinely ignore email questions and then push back the interview date several weeks. When third round interview eventually did come I have never seen someone more disinterested in talking to a candidate. Very unprofessional and rested his head on his hand for half the call.
