Interview
Easygoing, one or two phone calls, and then you are able to go in and interview with the head of the department for hiring. I was music department so it was all through their head of HR after an internal recommendation.
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
