Process took a month or so. You get an interview mostly based on your relationship to someone at the company. That's just the way the business works. I sent my resume to an agent, and within 2 weeks, I got a call for an HR rep. I had the interview in person a few weeks later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
N/A. Pretty standard interview. They're not trying to trick you. Agents work in a high level of sales, so HR is really trying to see how hungry you are and why you would want to be an agent.
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
