Through employee referral, I contacted them and got an interview a few weeks later and then a few weeks after that had my interview. Good interview. It was my first one in quite a while. After a short follow up, I was called and was offered the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What I watch? What entertainment news platforms do I follow? What areas are you interested in? The questions were all fairly standard.
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
