I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WME in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied the old fashion way, basically just emailing my resume to the company. No referral and I did not know anyone. I got a email about three weeks later inviting me for an interview. Went to the interview about two weeks later. It was a fairly easy interview and HR department was very nice. I was extremely nervous at first because of the company's reputation and me not having any experience working for an agency. Regardless of my nervousness, I was able to answer all of the questions and even felt over prepared. Emailed two days later to follow up, as HR requested. Got a call a few hours later saying I received the position.

Question 1
Where are you from? Do you like [insert school you attend] and why? What field do you want to pursue in entertainment and why?
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
