I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WME (Beverly Hills, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process felt like a formality. I had a strong resume and I don't think they even asked me any questions. The interviewer just told me a little about the company. For a place that is suppose to be very hard to get an interview at, it felt way too easy.
Phone call, standard questions about experience, career goals, and the entertainment industry. Straight-forward process. Would recommend coming with some examples of work you’ve seen that’s relevant to things you want to do and show that you keep up with the industry as a whole.
Was referred by a mentor and scheduled an interview the following day. The recruiter was lovely and asked all the typical questions regarding interest in the agency, experience, etc. 15 minute interview - was offered a job in the room.
Super friendly HR rep, scheduled an online interview and asked the typical interview questions. Turned more into a fun/casual conversation. Taken a while to hear back, still waiting to see if I get moved to the next round.
