I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WME
Interview
Long, tedious, they expect you to follow up and show desire to work there. They are not trying o trick you but some questions are asked to see how you respond under pressure or on 'the fly'. Still have 4th round interview to go.

Question 1
What was your biggest disappointment and how did you respond?
Pretty conversational interview. I spoke with 2 different people, the HR person and the head of Music Central. They both asked the same questions so I had to go over my resume and stuff twice, but otherwise it was very friendly and low pressure. Unfortunately they said there were no open positions at the moment but would keep me on file.
