The interview process took about 2-3 weeks. I applied online and was invited for an initial phone screen a few hours after applying. After the phone screen with the recruiter, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager the following day. At the end of the second phone interview, I was invited to the on-site interview which happened the following week. I had four different panels with the hiring manager, supervisors I would be working with for the scheduled shifts, comptroller, and two department team members. Each panel was about 30 minutes long. The week after the on-site interview, I received a rejection email. I did enjoy speaking with each of the managers and team members and my experience with the recruiter were very friendly and professional, but was disappointed about the job rejection as I felt each interview went well and that I would have been a great fit for the position.
