Overall, the process was very efficient and enjoyable. I was kept in the loop each step of the process and the interview style allowed me to gain a very clear understanding of the culture and role of WPE. Many team members were also involved in the process, which was a fantastic way to understand how the team fit together. Overall, I had a great candidate experience and I can’t fault it at all.
