Many stages of interviews, waiting a few days between them so process was dragged out extensively. Everyone was very friendly but most interviews were exactly the same - clearly a massive emphasis on culture.
Thanks for the feedback and your time in interviewing! We do emphasize the importance of our culture & values, as well as try keep common themes throughout the process. But point taken on the interviews feeling all the same, will be cognizant of that moving forward.
