Easy enough, desperate to hire as they have high turnover. Had 2 quicks rounds with director and HR. Tried to fit me to the right role even though I applied for another one.

Medium but strategic interview. Multiple rounds of interactions. Interactions mostly about the work experience and skill set possessed by the candidates. Your past work experience plays an important role in cracking the interview.
