Was contacted by a recruiter to set up a screening call. Then had a second interview and never heard anything after that, even after a follow-up email. Communication during the actual process was good, but very unprofessional after the 2nd interview.
I think it was three interviews and then a background/reference check. Nothing too chaotic just a standard but simple interview process. They had a tell me about yourself and why WPP questions as well as what you specifically did at last roles.
