Detailed & in-depth. Multiple rounds of interview ranging from HR to the hiring manager. They were very open in sharing the expectation & challenges of the role. Gave a detailed view on team dyamics.
Three rounds of interviews. Behavioral format with some technical questions to gauge competence. Cross functional interview rounds, which allowed for better insights of different departments. Relaxed interview setting with friendly conversation.
