      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WPP (New York, NY) in Feb 2011

      Interview

This process was ridiculous. She said it would take up to 5-6 months before they made a selection for the position, who has that kind of time? The woman I interviewed with on the phone really turned me off from the company. She was extremely unintelligent and ditzy, clearly reading from a list of questions and had no interest in what I had to say. Even her description of the position lacked enthusiasm. After TWO MONTHS, they emailed me saying I was invited in for a 1:1 interview, and I declined because I had found another job by then, and completely forgot about this one. Overall awful experience, terribly organized, and highly unprofessional.
