Applied online, and then completed an online assessment. The assessment was both personality, and call center skills. Then received an email from HR to set up a phone interview. Then at the end of that interview was offered to set up another phone interview, this time with the hiring manager. Both interviews were approximately 30 minutes in length, with standard situational questions. They use the STAR method for interviews, so be prepared for that question type.
