You are sent a link for an impersonal interview with yourself. Yes you read that right, you get to talk to your computer screen like someone is on the other side. The software judges you based on lighting, how many times you pause, say um etc. You get 2 tries per question and that's it. I don't want to be talking to a blank screen. It's a terrible experience and I don't recommend working for them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this interview feedback. We are sorry that you found the experience to be a negative one. We do try to be as transparent as possible by listing our general applicant process on our careers website, and by sending an email to all candidates explaining the video process giving them the option to opt into it. We would like to clarify that there is not a software system that judges the candidates. These video interviews are a common way to gather initial feedback and are reviewed by a person in either our People & Culture Services department and/or the hiring team. Again, thank you for your time in sharing your experience and we wish you well in your job search.
