I applied online. I interviewed at WSP in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied and a recruiter called me a couple times to try to do a screener interview, but I did not answer. Despite this, I was told the hiring team selected me for an interview anyway. However, the interview panel seemed fairly disinterested in me, did ask me really any technical questions or much about my skills, did not answer my questions directly, and didn't really try to sell me on the company. Seemed like they already had someone selected. They also couldn't answer when they would get back to me. It has been over 2 months and they never provided the courtesy of a rejection email.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WSP
Interview
Internal referral made the interview easier and the process was good and straightforward. People are all nice and respectful. Just some common questions. No surprised questions or hard technical questions
