WTW Actuarial interview questions

Two round interview process. They asked typical behavioral questions. The first round of interviews was at the University of Memphis. You interview with four analysts. This process lasts approximately an hour. The second round is at the office. You will interview will four members of leadership. This interview lasts approximately four hours.

Online Interview consists 4 questions including 2 written questions about motivation. Time is short for the written questions and the interview was fine in general as they are all strength based.
