WTW Consultant interview questions

I was originally hired by a legacy company before it was acquired by what became TW. I learned about the position from my academic department where I was getting my PhD. I submitted an invitation and went through 2 interviews, one with committee and one with the CEO. I had to prepare a presenation on something I had recently accomplished.

The recruiter pursued me pretty heavily. I didn't have a huge interest in the line of business I was interviewing for but was willing to learn more about the position. I met with one person on the phone and three individuals in person and I came away with the impression that there was a lot of turnover and it would be a step in the wrong direction for me. I decided it was too much like my current job which obviously I wanted something completely different. I did not pursue the job any further but I appreciated the consideration in this rough economy.
