Assessment Centre - consisted of 45 minutes of 2 interviewers firing "tell me a time when" questions, followed by a group activity evaluating some resources and presenting recommendations to a pannel.

Initial online application. Numerical, Reading Comprehension, Logic Tests. Video interview which was a mix between video recorded answers and essay answers. Then followed by face to face Assessment Day in London.

Tell us about a time that you improved a product or service? (video response)
Tell us about a time that you worked with a high-performing team. What was your role? What challenges did you face? What made them high performing? What did you learn? (essay/written response)
Telephone interview included three competency questions such as describe a time you have worked in a team, a time you have built a relationship, a time you have used initiative to improve a process or make a process easier. Then asked why have you chosen to apply to Towers Watson and Why the Retirement scheme? In total the interview lasted about 35 minutes. Got a reply the following day to confirm I had passed and booked assessment centre.
