Applied online, first step was talking to the recruiter, then moved to an onsite interview with various team members. Mostly asked about your MS suite skills, how you can efficiently manage your time, if you're ok with long hours. After the on site interview, the recruiter sent a "prove-it" test to test your MS suite skills.
