I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
There was an online application, pretty straightforward. My application was reviewed quite quickly and recruiter got back with a positive email asking salary requirements.
It took them nearly 8+ weeks by changing the status of my account from "under consideration" to 'Cancelled'.
No email communication to inform the applicant about the application status. Quitely changing the status without any informing the person concerned do says a lot about the 'communication' skills of the idiotic recruiters whose jobs basically requires them to judge others for the same skills which obviously they don't possess.
And see the where exactly the world is moving towards- Idiots looking for their counterparts!
