College recruiting (30 min interview for 2 interviewers each, total 1 hour) during early November and office interview for four hours on late November. Very causal, i preprare a lot of questions to ask them. About pension fields and mortality tables and so on. Mostly read through my resume.
i only have the video interview, but i am not selected. That is around 5-6 questions, asking about behavior questions. And later they will let you complete two games. I could only remember one is about the numbers.

Why WTW? Why Actuarial? Competence based, strengthen based, and motivition based. They digged deeper in competence based, and asked followed up questions.
It is a phone call interview in the first round, interviewers will ask some kind of personal questions and details in your resume. No technical or behavioral questions.
