Interview
You have to pass the initial health and life insurance exam to get an interview. They pay for study materials and exam. Once you pass the exam and are selected, there is a two week training phase that consists of multiple quizzes throughout the training that you need to pass. It is in a class room style setting with your own workstation and presenters using a powerpoint.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
