Interview
It was an internal interview. First it was a phone screening, and then an in person interview. I interviewed with three different people. The interview was kind of non-traditional, since I was an internal candidate.

Question 1
Why are you looking for another position, what are your strengths, tell us more about your experience. The remainder of the interview questions were kind of waived because it was an internal interview. I was an internal candidate who applied for another position in another city/town. The project manager I interviewed with was extremely nice. Once I was hired, she was very involved and had an open door policy.
The interview was conducted via hirevue.

I was setup with 2 interviews. They were pretty easy if I’m being honest. Can’t really remember they questions asked but they weren’t lounger than 20 minutes or so. They are looking for people with somewhat of math in their background
