Interview
First, a recruiter will contact you for a phone interview asking you to tell them about your work experience and the will be setting your expectation on the salary to be offered as well as the benefits that you'll be getting if you get the job.
Second Part, is you are to be interviewed via HireVue. Wherein you will be asked pre-set questions via a recorded interview the last question will be an essay where you will be creating use cases for a system.
Third Part is where you are to go to their office and be interviewed by a panel of product owners.
Question were not that difficult, but panelists put a premium on answers on the situational questions.
WTW is commendable since they send out rejection emails albeit system generated.
For applicants, make sure you relate your answers to the agile methodology.
Also, situational questions are really given a lot of weight vis-a-vis the professional experience by my interviewers.

Several interviews from offshore and onshore managers. Interviewers are very professional and respectful. Interview layers included HR, PH Team lead/manager, offshore managers. The interview process was streamlined and I received timely updates after the interview from HR. The whole experience was good for me.

They have asked me about my familiarity with SDLC Process and how to handle issues with clients to name a few.
More of an interrogation than an interview. Interviewers asked personal questions I refused to answer and I guess it put them off.
Asked basic questions, one of them seemed not so interested and kept turning of his camera
