Interview
You are asked to submit a HireVu interview - basically you record yourself answering several questions. If you pass they set up 2 phone screens back to back, followed by an onsite the next day. You do not get to meet with anyone from HR, only your potential coworkers.
Brief and concise. It was ok, never a dull moment. There are levels that you need to go through. It really depends on the position that you are applying for.
