I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Richardson, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
easy, be yourself and that is all. they call you on the phone and give you an interview there and then they set you up for a one on one interview which is really a test before the interview.
2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.
Applied online and was shortlisted.
Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.
I was giving more interviews around same time
So I accepted another offer.
