I Interviewed in Houston for Business Analyst 1. It is a 5 hour long performace from listening to what the company is about, having lunch, to drawing on a board explaining what you think your role would be, 4 back to back interviews, and an office tour.
This company values its applicants. Not all companies will buy you lunch and create name tags for you just for an interview. If you made it to the second interview, you should applaud yourself.
Interview early October, didnt hear back until late october for 2nd interview. Within a few days, got an offer.

Several interviews from offshore and onshore managers. Interviewers are very professional and respectful. Interview layers included HR, PH Team lead/manager, offshore managers. More of an interrogation than an interview. Interviewers asked personal questions I refused to answer and I guess it put them off.
