Initially, It was a phone interview then I was immediately scheduled for face to face discussion for technical interview. After that another interview with our offshore leads. Then Job Offer.
I had 2 interviews with the department I would be working with that were quick and concise. They focused on straight to the point questions while still maintaining a conversational tone.
