The interview process involved an initial online video interview, followed by an assessment centre if successful. The assessment centre involved several activities throughout the day, including a panel interview with two staff members, a group exercise, written assessment and organisation exercise. Between these activities, we were encouraged to interact with fellow interviewees and recent graduates.
