The process is conducted so that the team understands whether you could be a fit more than whether you have the technical skills. The process is long as you get interviewed by every member of the team and followed by an HR process. Questions are easy overall.
Took several rounds but standard questions and getting to know leaders. Met with at least 5-6 people before hiring, and most seemed interested in how I presented information since it's a client-facing role.

Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies
